Consider what your life may have looked like had you been born on the other side of the world. Would you have the freedom to go to school? To eat? To worship?
In urban Mumbai, home of the world’s largest slum, there is a strong chance your own family might have sold you into slavery if you had been born in a shanty town like 50% of the city’s impoverished population.
In rural Kandhamal, you and your family, like 50,000 others, may have fled to the forest when your home was burned to the ground by your neighbors due to your Christian faith.
How does the Church in America respond to the living horrors faced by our brothers and sisters across the globe?
Two staff members of Jubilee Campaign USA, a local nonprofit that advocates on behalf of persecuted Christians, will share their experiences investigating Human Trafficking and religious persecution from a recent visit to India. Please join us for a night of prayer, worship, and discussion to learn how the Church can view these global issues through Christ’s eyes & respond effectively in love.
